  • Would you purchase again: no. It's a good value if you want more than two of the items; but I already owned the eye color and face color, and that brush is just funny-looking.

Yes, this is a pair of softer neutrals that women with medium-deep to deeper skintones may not much care for, as it won’t show up too well and the items will work best as highlighters. But if you’re just getting into BE and you’re paler (neutral to neutral-cool), this set is ideal. Both colors have been released before, and both probably will again; and Soft Focus True is currently available through the BE webstore. But Nouveau is an excellent shade, and it doesn’t appear nearly often enough (in my humble opinion.) The brush is awkward-looking. Double-ended brushes have to be intensely useful for me to add to my collection; and this one, with the oddly and rapidly tapering handle, is just bizarre looking. Better to just get the SF Face and SF Eye brushes separately.
