Concrete Minerals’ Strobelight

This is almost like a light silvered slate blue. (Forgive me - my description-foo is failing me at the moment.) The base color is similar to BE's Praise, but this is just barely dustier, and has the great shimmer finish. (Praise is also somewhat chalky…this is nice and smooth!) Coverage is solid, adhesion is good, but it does stay in place better over a slightly damp primer…or applied wet.
