I was eager to get my hands on a white liquid liner with great staying power! The brush applicator does come to a point, so fine control is possible; but the formula for these Epic Wear Liquid Liners is pretty thick. It’s too easy to apply so much product that you can’t avoid caking and cracking. That said, it is good to have this - and in a slightly-above-drugstore price point.
Initially when I saw this polish I thought: another solid white. Groundbreaking. I’ve got solid white polishes, I don’t need another one. I was wrong. It’s almost a one-coater. It applies easily and self-levels like a dream. It’s also a nice bright white, so it will work well to create a French-tip manicure. This polish is just a little thick, so it might also work well for nail stamping. (If you want it thinned out, just...
This is a a barely-cooler red liner that applies nicely, stays in place, and fades slowly. Just about everything you’d want from a lipliner. I like this shade quite a bit, and wish it was available in a lipstick somewhere. (Maybe I’ve got a Lippie Stix in this shade…? I just don’t know.)
I get a good amount of volume without clumping - something that, for me, hasn’t been true with all of the mascaras in this Volum’Express collection. (There is one called Spider Eyes that I flatly refuse to buy. And, yes, it clumps like fuck-all.) This mascara brush does tend to force individual lashes together a bit more than I’d like, but a pass with a lash comb can take care of that.
There’s a little bit of a base color to this, but not much. When I apply it more heavily, I see some tan under the gold shimmer.
A softer rose-red with slight mauve tones. This is a neutral red - it doesn’t pull obviously warm or cool. It’s similar to Byron Babe, but that color is a warmer red. I get the standard one-pass complete application with this one, same as most of Colourpop’s Lippie Stix shades. While it’s been discontinued from the Colourpop site, it’s still available at Ulta.
The quintessential neon pink. I don’t have this exact shade already - I have pinks that are a little deeper, or pinks that are very close to this shade but not neon.
